I Love Handmade Soap {Giveaway}

*UPDATE* Congrats to Bridget! You won some delicious soap!

I love homemade.

There's just something very special about crafting a gift in your home to give away or use for your family.

I've been experimenting at home-making for the last few weeks and I'm learning so much. (I'll be sharing my homemade bread woes and victories soon!)

Soap is an item I've never tried to make, but I love using homemade soap. I love the texture, the scent, the craft.

All natural cold process 4 oz fig soap limited quantity

Sofya's Words is a sweet Etsy store that offers shoppers a wonderful assortment of soaps and personalized calligraphy prints. Go have a look and tell me what you'd choose with the $25 gift certificate one of you will win!

This Espresso Chocolate soap not only has my mouth watering, but I'm also craving a hot bath!

I love the lavender! I need some calm and relaxation.

Karen said...

I would definitely buy all lavender soap for myself. I have Fibromyalgia and have a really hard time sleeping at night. The lavender would be extremely helpful to use in a bath before bedtime so that I could relax a little and since lavender is good for sleep then I would hope it may make me a little sleepy so I could sleep better.

Our house hasn't sold yet and I still have two house payments. There hasn't been much pampering going on so some special soap would make a nice treat. The lemongrass or lavendar sound very calming.
