Should I Find this Disturbing?

The other day at Grandma's house, my 2 year old climbed into the fire pit.

It was really cute.

Until, I noticed my other children gathering wood.

Has someone been reading and updated version of Hansel and Gretel lately?! You know where they try to cook the kid in the fire pit??

LOL. Don't worry, I'm sure they'll decide she's cute and keep her. ;)

A little "hot buns" action will teach your 2 yo not to play in the fire pit ever again... the BLAH BLAH BLAHger is all about tough love. Ha!

I am so glad to have just found your blog - it's comic relief to a tired soul!

As snow flakes fall in my Oregon yard, I marvel at how springy it looks in this picture! Hope to get to Texas soon to warm my toes and fingers up!

Reminds me of when my oldest was about 18 months and sat his bottom completely into my Dutch oven. I wanted to think it was cute but...something...just...wasn't right.

A Freudian slip on part of your older children, perhaps??

Ahhhh, I love it when kids are kids :-)

Guess that's better than the 2 yo climbing into a bird bath & siblings adding water...

LOL
Y'all are a riot.
We're headed to TX this week so I'll wave in your direction. :-)

Yep I might be just a little worried. :)

You haven't recently made her a "special" coat of many colors, have you?

Some sibling jealousy....who knows...maybe someday she'll grow up and save them from starvation..

It can happen.... :)

I'd be wary. Especially if I heard the other kids talking about recreating The Salem Witch Trials.
