THAT Family Tree Society-Issue 30

Picture of the Week:

The Week in Review: What a week! To everyone who joined in The S.W.A.K. Carnival-thank you! It was so much fun and inspiring. There are some lucky men out there. While the love-fest was going on, we had quite a week. Oh, the blog fodder that comes my way. I should feel blessed (in a twisted way). I had fun with the S.W.A.K. but I'm looking forward to talking about being THAT family. Because I'm an expert. Unfortunately.

Introduction into The Society: Please help me welcome The Sherman Tribe to the club.

1. Tell us a little about your blog?
My name is Anita and Ijust love blogging. My new blog is The Sherman Tribe due to some rude people I deleted my old one :sniff:. I blog about all sorts of things. Mostly my family.
2. How long have you blogging?
My first blog was started I believe in 2002.
3. How would you define THAT family?
THAT family is the family who people invite out at the last minute hoping you and you tribe can not come. THAT family is the family who walks in a row and looks like stair steps. THAT family is the one who keeps getting asked if we are done having kids. THAT family is the one who can live in a small space and make due, because it what the Lord has given them
4. When did you discover you were a part of THAT family?
When we were told how amazing we were...and had to laugh. Then it got personal and was asked how much government assistance we get...NONE! We realized then we were THAT family! We love being THAT family! THAT Jesus lovin', pro-life, homeschooling, semi-hippie family.
5. Where can we find your blog? HERE

Uh-oh...by the looks of those prescription bottles, it looks like you've contracted the FLU! We had that a couple of years ago (my son and I) and it was torture. He seemed to get over it sooner than I, and the other members of our family took the tamiflu to keep from getting it. Thank goodness it worked because I would not have wanted anyone else to feel as awful as I did for an entire week! I'll keep you all in our prayers for a quick recovery! God Bless You!

P.S. Welcome to the Sherman Family! (We are Shermans, too!)

Your picture looks like our medicine cabinet too. My 17 month old is on 10 different meds right now for kidney failure. Fun times!

Hi Sherman family!
