$25 Free Loot!!

*UPDATED* Congrats to Peace and Carrots! Someone is going to get some cute loot! Don't forget to shop Etsy this holiday season, y'all. And if you didn't win, don't fret I have several more giveaways coming up (one tomorrow!)

I'm bound and determined to turn my toddler into a bow head.

She's resisting.

But I will overcome. Especially since we took her for her first trim this week (to address the nest).

The hairstylist wanted us to get our money's worth.  Apparently. Because the word trim has many definitions.

As I dried my tears with her golden locks, my oldest made me promise to make her girly. She's convinced she'll be mistaken for a boy.

Our little pixie with a pixie:

But I'm not worried. Especially since there are places like Ally's Boutique, the fabulous Mom store I'm featuring today.   Now, tell me, wouldn't my cutie look adorable in this:  You Pick Crochet Beanie with Boutique Hair Bow    Or these clips for her hair. And I'm interested in this for me, do you think this tutu would make me look small?Tutu Dress with Matching Flower Hair Bow Just askin'.

Ally has generously offered one of you $25 in free loot! All your little darling's (or your friend, family and foe's little darling) hair dreams will come true!  Her prices are so reasonable that $25 will go a long way in someone's stocking.

Please visit this adorable Etsy store and tell me what you'd choose. Help me support another Mom and get a chance to win $25!  Wouldn't that be handy this time of year?

P.S. If you're a Mom with a business, have you checked out my great advertising special?

So, my tip for too-short haircuts?  BOWS and such! For more great tips, visit Works for Me Wednesday!

Bring on the TUTU's...or the corker hair bows! Love those.

My daughter is resistant too. At three yrs old, I thought we'd get past it, but now she tells me, "I don't WANT to be pretty!!" *sigh*

Cute store....I'm afraid my 7 year old princess would love the tutu dress. Or the pink skull and crossbones key chain. Her tastes go broad!

I would like the turq. and brown key fob! I just have a boy, so I would love to order up some hair bows or one of those adorable little hats for a new little family member in CA. Your little one is cute with her hair!!! My little sister was always called a boy when she was little! Thanks for the chance

I'd probably get the You Pick Monogrammed bow Beanie in either plum or rose pink. Don't know yet what color bow. That will take some more thinkin'.

The toddler do is ADORABLE!

I love the fall mini bow clips! They'd be so cute on my girls!
BTW I had a similar hair stylist cut my daughter's hair last year.... I just wanted her bangs trimmed and her hair trimmed a bit so it wasn't all ratty looking. I wanted to cry when she was done... it did grow finally, but I must confess when I look back at pictures, they still make me sad... "her poor hair," I say!
So I can relate to those tears shed on her curls!

So do you think I could get the 14 year old and 18 year old to wear ribbons and bows like this again!!! Those are so stinkin cute! I like the woven headbands, and the beanie cap things, and the little hair clips. :)

I love the itty bitty bows -all of them- but especially the blue and brown ones. My little girl turns 1 on Monday and her hair is just getting long enough for bows!

My favorite is the beanie with the bottle cap monogram. So cute as my peanut still doesn't have enough hair at 2 years old for the clips!

I love the chocolate crocheted beanie with the gerber daisy. I think my daughter would go nuts over this. She's so into accessories, it's sad.

For this year's Christmas ornaments, she picked one out that has shoes, hats, and purses all over it. And she's only two...

I love that she has hair clip HOLDERS, too! Love the organization. Thanks for doing the giveaway.

Cassondra said...

How can you choose?!?!?! I love them all. Pink and Black Korkers, Pink and White Mini Korkers, Toddler Twist Hair Bows, and the Pink Flower Clippies are just a few of my favorites!!

It looks like a very cute haircut in the second photo :)

I gradually learned how to trim my boys' hair by myself, since the professional haircuts were often disappointing or shocking.

What a fun etsy shop to browse! My two daughters would like the ribbon clippies (the trendy ones or holiday ones) and would utterly enjoy a tutu.

Thanks!

Jeni said...

What hard decisions!! I would definitely get the trendy holiday bows, and probably the white & pink korker bows. But I would probably change my mind about 15 times, because they're all so cute!!

Shannon said...

All of the crochet beanies are too cute. I love them all. With three little girls we have bows and pony tail holders all over the house.

Kelly said...

oooooooohhhhh so darling! Everything is cute, but what would she actually keep in? The ribbon clips with the no slip grip sound perfect, one of each pattern. I will def be getting some of these for stocking stuffers, but hopefully I can win some!

Chillee said...

I like the hairbands. I also like the Christmas bows. I like it ALL!

Anonymous said...

Missy Hoohaw always sports a pixie. It suits her face, but I hate to tell you that unless she's wearing obviously girlie gear, she is frequently called "he."

And those crocheted beanies are adorable! I love the gerber daisies.

Anonymous said...

I love the ribbon clips. My girls were around 2 before they grew any hair and the hair they grew was so fine nothing would stay in it. But those little ribbon clips look perfect. Not too fussy for everyday, but better than letting their hair hang in their faces. And we have an 8 month old girl who, I'm sure, will follow in her sisters footsteps.

Anonymous said...

absolutely everything! But my daughter has loose anagen of childhood hair, which basically means she doesn't have enough barbs in her hair to make her hair strong, so she has to keep her hair short and can't put anything in it. Have any of you ever experienced this? Our dermatologist said she most likely will grow out of it (she is 6). But she is putting together boxes for operation Christmas child at her school and if we won she would donate the bows and clips! So pretty!

J said...

I like the crochet beanie with bow clip or the flower clip, and the ribbon covered alligator clips. BTW, I think your little Pixie looks adorable!!

My daughter had her hair cut for Locks of Love this summer (12") and I thought her Dad was going to cry during the process! We really do get attached to hair, don't we?!

Her hair looks so cute!

Thank you so much for sharing this store! The crocheted hat with the peony clip is EXACTLY what I've been looking for for my daughter. I saw something like it about a year ago on a baby and have been looking ever since or trying to figure out how to make my own. Adorable little store...I'm going to have to order from her!

I LOVE her hair!! My daughter had that type of haircut from about 4 - 7. I've been trying very hard for her to get it cut again for the last 3+ years. Nope, not gonna happen.

I, too, love short hair on little girls :-)
